Sam has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Carleton University, as well as a diploma in Architectural Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton. Although his studies focused on design, he tailored his education to emphasize his other interests in heritage conservation, sustainable design, and urban design. He has been working with CSV since his graduation in 2015.
For Sam, architecture is not merely his outlet for creative expression, but a vehicle for meaningful change; a critical tool in the fight against climate change. CSV translates this intention through its emphasis on sustainable development, providing a platform from which Sam can further explore meaning and purpose in the early stages of his career.
